** BEFORE YOU WATCH this awesome video . . . I must share something. As a writer, I'm in love with words. Not their semantics or their grammatical significance but their purpose (definition) their message. WARNING: I'm quote obsessed. My new favorite quote:

I almost fell out of my chair!! I love, love, love this. It was said during a lynda.com training I recently completed which involved Emotional Intelligence. I immediately attributed this to my community of post its (God I love them!). A Little more about me - I'm 30% Communications 25%HR 15% Social Service Professional and 30% Creative - so my mind goes in so many directions with this. I am a fan of Henry Ford, reading more about him is on my bucket list.
We hear so much about innovation and the future. What about being creative, thinking outside the box for right now? A few years ago I attended a presentation on about being an HR Futurist (another moment that rocked my world), I like to think of myself as such - on occasion. However, when I heard this talk on being a now-ist . . . I realize there is more to consider.
