Hopefully last week’s National Nutrition Month at Work got you started incorporating healthy habits and behaviors into your day to day life. Nutrition is a significant aspect of our a well-being, but by no means the only one.

It is important that organizations go beyond the annual employee appreciation and the management of health benefits to assure their human capital is well. This is not just to benefit the individual.

Imagine what groups people focused on achieving personal progress and balance will be able to create, construct, and manage. ‘Well’ employees support productive cultures that proactively work toward and obtain progressive outcomes. How can you and your organization be well?
